Sometimes we are not fully aware of the fact that we spend about 6+ hours per day at work. In a lot of cases we spend most of this time sitting behind a desk, watching a computer screen. Sitting for over six hours at work has been correlated with high levels of psychological stress. On top of that you can probably imagine that it’s also bad for your physical health to sit for hours in the same position. That’s why a lot of people suffer from back pain.
